Supplementing the diet with creatine, taurine and vitamin B6, recommended for adults performing high intensity exercise.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Recommended use
Mix 5 g1 of powder (~1 scoop) or 6 g2,3,4,5,6,7,8 of powder (~1 heaping scoop) with 350 ml of water. Depending on your needs, take 1-2 servings daily.
