L-GLUTAMINE XTREME 1400 is a premix of two forms of L-glutamine, an amino acid that takes part in the growth of muscles. The body uses high amounts of this resource during each period of intensive training. L-GLUTAMINE XTREME combines micronized free L-glutamine with the more stable and bioavailable N-acethyl L-glutamine. L-GLUTAMINE XTREME 1400 is designed for professional athletes.
 
Recommended daily portion is 9 capsules.
 
Take a single serving of the product ‒ 3 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 3 servings daily.On workout days:1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving immediately after workout, 3rd serving at bedtime.On non-workout days:1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving at bedtime.
 
WARNINGS:Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product.
