BCAA - branched chain amino acids, amino acids with branched side aliphatic chain, which constitute an incredibly important group of amino acids for the proper functioning of the organism, in the composition of which there are leucine, isoleucine and valine. An optimal quantity proportion was applied in the preparation - 2:1:1. They are an important factor for muscle development, they also play other important functions in the organism. Their amount in food products and supplements which are the source of protein is often pointed as the main indicator of their quality. 
 
The most common reason for which branched chain amino acids are supplemented is the support of the processes of muscle tissue growth. It is mainly related to the ability of leucine to activate pro-anabolic mTOR pathway. This phenomenon is so important that it has its own name - leucine threshold. It is related to the minimal amount of leucine in a meal, which is responsible for its ability to activate anabolism.
 
Apart from pro-anabolic function of BCAA, their ability to limit the feeling of fatigue is also important. It is related to the influence of branched chain amino acids on the transport of tryptophan in the organism. Both BCAA and tryptophan use the same transporters. Thanks to this, supplementation with branched chain amino acids may limit the ability to transport tryptophan to the brain. It limits the production of a substance, for which tryptophan is a precursor, i.e. serotonin, responsible for the feeling of fatigue.
 
Branched chain amino acids in extreme conditions may be used to produce energy. By taking part in the pathway of gluconeogenesis, glucose may be produced from them, which is the basic energy source for the organism. Thanks to this, BCAA supplementation may additionally positively influence physical efficiency during long-lasting, intensive training sessions.
 
Ingredients: HIGH SPEED BCAA MATRIX (L-leucine; L-valine; L-isoleucine) (60%), maltodextrins, acidity regulators – citric acid, maltic acid; aromas, thickeners – cellulose gum, xanthan gum, sweetener – sucralose, colour for the lemon flavour – beta-carotene, colour for the cherry-grapefruit flavour – azorubine, colour for the cola flavour – ammonia caramel.

Dissolve a single serving of the product – 10g (2 scoops) in 300ml of water in a shaker. Take 2 servings daily. On workout days: 1st serving 30 min. before a workout, 2nd serving directly after a workout; on non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals.
 
Warning: not recommended for children or pregnant women. The product should not be taken during pregnancy, breast feeding and by people hypersensitive to any of the constituents of the preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
